Here are two places for homeowners to invest in before selling.
I often hear this question from homeowners: “Where should I put money into my home? We might be here for three to five more years, but I don’t want to spend money that I won’t get back out when selling.”
Bright, airy kitchens that open to a living room are ideal.
My recommendation is to spend your money on either the kitchen or an outdoor living space.
What does this mean? We’re looking for bright, airy kitchens that are open to the living room if possible, and a place to entertain outdoors. Whether you have a pool or an outdoor patio, it doesn’t really matter so long as that space is conducive to hosting people and offers a fun energy. People will walk through your home and fixate on those two areas.
If you’re going to put money into your home, it’s best to prioritize your kitchen and outdoor space. If you have questions for me about this topic or anything else related to real estate, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you.
