Our agents are pros when it comes to virtual tours! Facetime, zoom, skype? We can do it all. Your buyer’s agent will walk you through the home using any video conferencing service you prefer so you can see everything you normally would, just like if you were touring in person. If for any reason you cannot be on for a video call, we’ll happily show it to a friend, family member, etc. or take a video for you!
2. Lenders and Getting You Pre-approved
Our preferred lenders are able to facilitate everything virtually, making it easy to get pre-approved from anywhere! They can set up a phone consultation, utilize electronic signing and you’ll even be able to email or send documents through your loan portal.
3. Documents and Electronic Signatures
We live in a digital world and everything you need to sign for the transaction can be done from your phone, computer or tablet. Closings can also be set up to have someone come to you!
4. Moving Away and Need to List Your Home?
Our entire listing process can be done virtually! We offer zoom and phone listing consultations as well as in person. We will also facilitate everything for you from photos, to pre-inspections, showings and electronic signing of all documents!
